Previously rented for many years, this large apartment needed a complete overhaul. Our brief? Contemporary, high-end, urban living.

The open-plan reception room features a bespoke media unit. The curves of the large windows are reflected in the unit, which was hand-sprayed to complement the handleless kitchen. For a modern cooking experience, Miele appliances including a teppanyaki grill were installed.

A dark wide-plank floor was installed to accentuate the large rooms and exterior views. This was combined with underfloor heating to keep the lines of the soft white walls clean. In the bathroom, we replaced the bath with a large walk-in shower, added custom cabinetry, and created a faux marble strip around the room.
