We remodelled a repeat client’s new home to suit their needs as a growing family. The pre-purchase survey pointed out some serious build elements, so we put together a phased plan which included replacing exterior pipework and fixing stonework.

Inside, the interior was bland and non-functional. It was completely reworked so it flowed for their way of life, with some added ‘wow’ moments – such as the double-height moss wall and feature wallpaper (with a secret door!) in the living area.

Further works included bespoke flooring, underfloor heating, air conditioning and a new hot water system. Bathrooms and laundry rooms were created on the desired floors. A master bedroom and bathroom were redesigned for an ‘away from it all’ space for the parents.
